There are 2 parts to registation (Sign-up & Payment):
1. To sign-up, fill out the form below and then:
Hit the "SUBMIT" button when completed.
Then screen print the next page (after submit), if you plan on mailing a check with your registration.

2. Payment may be made:
A) By mailing in a check to the address listed at the bottom of the page (whether you register online, or along with your printed registration).

B) By using online payment, and select the "PAYPAL" link (bottom of page).
